About the role

Overview In this role you contribute to designing, building, and maintaining robust software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable back-end systems. You’ll write clean, efficient code, perform reviews, and troubleshoot issues to ensure performance and security. You’ll work within agile processes and document architectural decisions to support knowledge sharing. This position offers the chance to work on mission-critical applications with modern frameworks and security requirements. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to standards Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for quality Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications Participate in agile practices (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Document designs, processes, and configurations Key requirements Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field Proven experience as Software Developer with hands-on delivery Proficiency in at least one language (Java, C++, Python, Java Script, Ruby)Experience with frameworks/tools (Spring Boot,.NET, React, Angular, Django)Familiarity with SQL and database design/optimization Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web development standards Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration skills Communication Collaboration Problem-solving JavaC++Python
