Job DescriptionJob Description:-Strong Requirement Elicitation & Analysis skillsShould have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design and providepass the same seamlessly to the team who is working on the same.Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide ontime status.Good knowledge in DWH concepts and Logical/physical database designExtensive knowledge of Teradata database, data warehousing and informationmanagement best practices.Excellent understanding of Teradata architecture. Knowledge of Teradata CLDM will be anadded advantageHands on experience in performing optimization/tuning activities in TeradataHands on experience in Stored Procedures, Bteq, Teradata utilities for load and export dataShould come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers onresource and risk planning.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix shell scriptingExcellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication andlistening skillsShould have played client facing rolesMust have worked in on-site/offshore modelQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
