About the role

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a reliable Painter & Light Maintenance Technician for the Hartmann apartment community. You will prepare and paint vacant units during tenant turnover and maintain exterior and common areas of the property to preserve aesthetic appeal and value. The role includes routine light maintenance, physical work (lift up to 50 lbs, ladders, prolonged standing) and a driver’s license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.
