About the role

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide direct legal support to mortgage/HELOC products and business units. You will collaborate with outside counsel and in-house teams, advise on debt collection, privacy, consumer credit compliance, lending and solar financing, and help ensure regulatory adherence across the organization. Responsibilities include managing legal, regulatory, and product issues related to mortgage/HELOC products, working with various units, and supporting compliance
