Knowledge on Invoice processing, RMA processing.· Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Oracle Fusion Cloud. · Augment the client's business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support. · Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets.
