Warehouse & Logistics Technician Hanover, MD
About the Company:
Join a large, well-established technology integrator based in Maryland, supporting mission-critical deployment and infrastructure projects for customers across the region. Our warehouse and logistics team is the backbone of every project we ship — keeping equipment, materials, and deployment kits organized, accounted for, and moving on schedule.
What you'll do:
Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and running efficiently. Receive, inspect, and reconcile inbound shipments; build pallets and prepare outbound freight; generate shipping docs (packing slips, BOLs) and coordinate carrier pickups. Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and help with equipment staging/deployment prep (labeling, basic rack-and-stack, patch cabling) as needed.
What you bring:
Experience in warehouse ops, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stay active throughout the day. Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365). Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with barcode scanners/inventory systems, pallet jacks, LTL/parcel freight, or 5S/Lean practices. If you take pride in a clean, well-run warehouse and want to grow into some hands-on technical support work, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Onsite in Hanover, MD
Salary: up to $75k base salary per year
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
