Identifying and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach Speaking with business leaders and decision-makers to understand their challenges Generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the wider sales team Building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers Learning and implementing a proven consultative sales process Researching target markets and identifying new business opportunities Working closely with experienced sales professionals and learning from top performers Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and performance targets Who We're Looking ForAmbitious and career-driven individuals Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships Positive, resilient, and competitive mindsets People who take ownership and have a strong work ethic Individuals eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, events, sport, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not essential
