Job TitleWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written), with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You'll Be Doing:Maintain custody and organize customer contract documents for safe storage.Responsible for the control of paper contract files.Download the files from the Connect system and upload them to the CEP system.Review if the paper files have been uploaded to CEP and delete the files from the Connect-TFS system.Scan the documents in the physical files and upload them to CEP system.Keep the log of the boxes that are stored in Iron Mountain.Qualifications/ What You Bring (Must Haves) Highlight Top 3-5 Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field.Previous experience in clerical roles.Fluency in both Spanish and English, both oral and written.2-5 years of relevant / progressive work experience (in similar field and/or industry).Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Word, Excel).
