Benefits: Comprehensive package: health, dental, paid time off (vacation, sick and personal days) participation in state pension plan Position Description and Requirements Municipal Court Administrator (Full-Time) Jefferson Township is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Municipal Court Administrator under the general direction of the Municipal Court Judge. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven management and supervisory skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of state laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to municipal court administration. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports, Preparing and submitting local and county budgets, and maintaining and reconciling court financial accounts. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. The ability to multitask and implement innovative office strategies is essential. Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is preferred. Candidates must either be a Certified Municipal Court Administrator designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court, or in the process of obtaining certification. Appointment to this position will be made in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2B:12-11 and applicable rules.
