This role focuses on process audits, overseeing lab testing functions, and participating in process development for our marine FRP builds. The position requires hands-on skills with lamination, infusion, and testing, plus daily data collection and environmental reporting duties. A strong applicant will be dependable, proactive, and able to work in a demanding shop environment.
