Pay: Negotiable – Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Four 10-Hour Shifts

Hours: Flexible Start & End Times Looking for an experienced Tool Room Associate who wants a 4-day workweek, flexible hours, and competitive pay based on experience. This position supports tooling used in plastic and rubber injection molding. We're looking for someone with hands-on machining, tooling, or mold experience who can assist with mold repair, maintenance, and fabrication.

What You'll Do: Repair, maintain, and assist with building injection molds Machine and fabricate tooling components as needed Troubleshoot tooling and mold issues Perform precision machining and repair work Support preventative maintenance and tool room projects Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a safe, clean, and organized tool room

Preferred Experience: Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred: CNC machining Bridgeport mills Manual lathesEDM equipmentCAD/CAM programming Mold repair and maintenance Mold building Plastic or rubber injection molding tooling You do not need to have experience in every area listed.
