Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Provide product recommendations based on customer needs Support sales goals through strong customer engagement and upselling techniques Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing displays Process transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory management and restocking duties Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive in-store experience
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to work well in a team environment Reliable, adaptable, and goal-driven Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is beneficial, but not required. Full training is provided.
