We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced lending environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.4 years of working experience relevant to loans, trading, syndication, underwriting, or related fields. Strong attention to detail, particularly with account numbers, rates, and dates. Proficient in Excel for handling reconciliations, interest accruals, and fees. Self-motivated and driven to learn quickly and efficiently. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with loan processing related to syndicated lending, underwriting, and comprehensive knowledge of conventional, commercial, and government loans. Experience with Loan IQ or similar tools such as AFS, ACDS, Flexcube, or Flexpay. Background in mathematics, statistics, finance, or marketing.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Process trades and communicate with lenders and borrowers. Handle advances, apply interest and principal payments, and reprice loans. Perform reconciliations and calculate interest accruals. Review documentation and ensure accuracy before sending trades for approval.
