our fierceformer® and fierce movement® methodology have been intentionally developed in conjunction so that our workout is low-impact on your joints, but high-intensity on your muscles. as a fierce45 coach, you will learn to be alignment savvy, muscle engagement focused, and fierce movement trained to the fullest. upon successful completion of your training, you will have a plethora of resources and support to lead clients through a 45-minute, full-body, small group, high-intensity pilates class that follows our specific format and is hard. every. time.
Lead a small group, high-intensity Pilates class, that follows a standardized class format and guidelines in accordance with FierceMovement® methodology.
Create fresh and energetic playlists and class routines.
Demonstrate proficiency with Fierce45’s scheduling and POS system, Mariana Tek, as well as all other Fierce45 processes, procedures, and policies.
Establish and maintain Community with Fierce45 clients by interacting, engaging, and creating a welcoming and safe environment.
Take Fierce45 classes regularly to grow as a coach and support your teammates and the Fierce Community.
required skills and abilities:
Ability to coach a minimum of 7 classes per pay period.
Availability to coach either early mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to assist with Coach sub requests as needed, or as required by Studio Managers
Must be able to count on the beat of the music or have experience performing with music.
Transferable skills may include a background in teaching, dance, cheerleading, etc.
Participants are required to have their own insurance to use the studio and complete the training

Training – Thursday 10/15 – Saturday 10/17
Trainings in 2027 – January 2027, April 2027, August 2027, October 2027
Requirements: Candidates must be able to attend auditions and all training dates.
Candidates must have the ability to teach at multiple locations and class times, and will be accepted into training based on current studio openings.
Upon hire, some weekends will be required for the first 12 months of employment. This is typically achieved by teaching a 3-class block every other Saturday or Sunday.

Starting pay is between $25 – $30 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based upon experience and/or skill level.
