Responsibilities: Act as a "one-stop-shop" for sales, collaborating with Service organizations to ensure prioritized deals are executed efficiently and accurately. Structure SMB deals in CRM, perform due diligence, analyze customer onboarding requirements, and handle sensitive information. Manage and analyze data at both client and deal levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies. Develop tools and calculators to simplify capturing and reporting payroll balances. Provide seamless onboarding services for payroll/HR SMB clients from sale to start. Identify and resolve process, policy, system, or data issues promptly. Ensure smooth hand-off of customers to the Service organization. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient sales-to-implementation cycle. Recommend best practices and training opportunities to ADP leadership based on client feedback and experience. Qualifications Required: A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; skills and experience are more important. 3-5 years of experience in business operations, customer operations, sales operations, or systems integration. Experience in customer success or onboarding is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Ownership mindset, customer focus, curiosity, and high ethical standards. Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Excel, CRM, GONG, Seismic, MS Word, PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills, judgment, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools is advantageous.
