About the role
To support the Gummy R&D team, the full-time remote Stability & Documentation Manager will design and manage the stability testing program, ensure accurate documentation for each SKU, and negotiate with testing labs to maintain product quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
Run the stability testing program, including setting up protocols and tracking results against shelf-life targets
Review and maintain the document suite for every SKU, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
Negotiate pricing and scope with third-party testing labs while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in R&D, quality, or product development within regulated categories, preferably with gummy or confectionery experience
Proven experience designing and running stability studies, including validating test methods for complex matrices
Knowledge of gummy chemistry and test method compatibility
Experience negotiating with contract testing labs on price and scope
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
