About the role

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice seeks a Senior Director to lead and deliver operationally focused transaction projects. You will guide teams through due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, and value creation initiatives for portfolio and corporate clients. You will partner with senior leaders to drive EBITDA upside, implement performance improvements, and shape client strategies in dynamic, complex environments.
