Production AssociatePeoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading electric motor manufacturer in Bluffton, IN, is seeking motivated Production Associates to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Production Associates may perform a variety of duties related to the assembly, modification, and rework of electric motors and related components, including: Assemble electric motors and components according to written instructions and production specifications. Read and follow wiring diagrams and production routing assignments. Perform hand assembly tasks using a variety of tools and equipment. Solder electrical components as required. Paint and finish motor components. Complete wire assembly and electrical connections. Operate automated winding equipment. Operate die cast machinery. Operate punch press equipment. Operate CNC machinery and other production equipment. Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Follow all company safety policies and production procedures. Requirements1st and 2nd 8 hour shifts with the potential of OT 19.82 PLUS shift premium High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform detailed assembly work with precision. Visual acuity, including color vision, required for certain assignments. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, depending on the position. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, twist, rotate, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Prior manufacturing experience preferred. Machine operation and/or CNC experience is a plus. Knowledge of electric motors is beneficial but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
