Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week in office

Job Type: Contract – 3 months, with potential for extension
Schedule: 8-hour workday M-FLocation: NY NYResponsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of third-party suppliers in Oracle EBS, ensuring supplier records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Manage supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests from internal business users. Ensure supplier information and processes remain aligned with internal policies, procedures, and control standards. Maintain and update Supply Chain intranet pages and related resources to ensure current global service information is readily accessible. Incorporate feedback from teammates, internal customers, and suppliers to improve service quality and operational performance. Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI), policy documentation, and other supplier compliance records. Review supplier documentation for completeness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Supply Chain managers, buyers, and business partners to resolve pending requests and minimize service disruptions. Support contingency planning and supplier governance activities. Assist with Third Party Risk Management processes and related audits. Review and analyze supplier data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support process improvement initiatives designed to strengthen supplier governance, reduce risk, and improve the supplier and internal customer experience. Process supplier setup, maintenance, and compliance requests from internal business users. Review supplier documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and requirements. Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI), policy documentation, and other supplier compliance records. Support Third Party Risk Management activities, including supplier due diligence, risk assessments, issue tracking, and governance processes. Review and analyze supplier data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support audits and data validation activities related to supplier governance and compliance. Maintain and update Supply Chain intranet pages and related resources. Collaborate with Supply Chain managers, buyers, Legal, Risk Management, and other business partners to resolve supplier-related requests. Monitor pending requests and help minimize delays or disruptions to procurement activities. Support contingency planning and supplier governance initiatives. Incorporate feedback from suppliers, internal customers, and team members to improve service quality and operational performance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives designed to reduce risk and improve the supplier experience. Maintain a professional, collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Skills: Experience working with Oracle EBS.Experience with Third Party Risk Management. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong data review and analysis skills. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.2+ years of relevant professional experience. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS.Experience with Third Party Risk Management or related supplier/vendor risk activities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong data review, validation, and analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
