About the role
The Office of the Attorney General, Virginia, seeks a Prosecutor for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit to lead investigations and prosecutions of fraud and abuse in the Virginia Medicaid Program. Based in Richmond, the attorney will handle federal and state cases and coordinate with investigative staff and other prosecutors.
Requirements include a law degree, admission to the Virginia State Bar, at least three years of prosecutorial experience, and strong analytical, writing and oral communication
