Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a crew on helical pile installations- Oversee job site operations from start to finish- Operate mini excavators and other equipment as needed- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards- Read and interpret basic blueprints and plans- Perform and supervise installation, including torque monitoring and measurements- Troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field- Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members- Maintain accurate records of materials, pile lengths, and torque readings- Ensure job site organization, safety, and professionalism at all times

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation- Prior construction and/or excavation experience required- Leadership or foreman experience preferred- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example- Self-motivated, dependable, and career-oriented- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions GoliathTech Keystone is looking for leaders—people who take pride in their work, take initiative, and want to grow with a company that’s going places.
