Job Title: Event Manager V (Product Experiences Producer)
Location: Burlingame, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Travel: Up to 30-50% domestic and international travel We are seeking an experienced Event Manager / Experience Producer to lead the planning and execution of large-scale product experiences, live activations, and experiential marketing programs. This role sits at the intersection of technology, culture, entertainment, sports, and consumer engagement, helping bring innovative products and experiences to life through world-class events. The ideal candidate is a highly organized event professional with a strong background in experiential marketing, event production, stakeholder management, and operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences that engage customers, partners, media, and industry audiences. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, production, and execution of large-scale events, activations, and product experiences. Manage end-to-end event logistics including timelines, budgets, vendors, staffing, and onsite execution. Partner with marketing, creative, product, and communications teams to deliver best-in-class experiences. Coordinate product demonstrations and interactive experiences within high-profile events. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners. Develop scalable event processes, operational playbooks, and best practices. Support event measurement, reporting, and data collection to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Provide onsite event leadership, troubleshooting, and operational support during live experiences. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, event management, or creative agency environments. Proven experience producing large-scale, complex B2B and/or B2C events. Strong program and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. Executive-level communication and presentation skills. Experience supporting both virtual and in-person events. Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience measuring event performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting technology, consumer electronics, software, hardware, AI, XR, AR, VR, or emerging technology events. Hands-on experience with consumer devices, wearables, or connected products. Experience working within Fortune 500 companies or global organizations. Familiarity with product launches, trade shows, conferences, and brand activations. Ability to perform basic event technology troubleshooting in live environments. Experience supporting global events across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
