About the role

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst within the Business Intelligence team to partner with Medical Affairs to define KPIs, track outcomes, and conduct exploratory analyses that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Quality, Product, and the Chief Medical Officer to translate data insights for clinicians. You’ll build dashboards in Omni and Hex, support data integrity with dbt, and help Medical Affairs access data sources for reporting.
