About the role

InnovAge is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Partner to help leaders, teams, and the organization navigate growth and transformation. You will partner with HR, Internal Communications, and stakeholders to design strategies that improve effectiveness, adoption, and sustainable business results. You will assess organizational needs, facilitate solutions, support enterprise change initiatives, and implement development programs to strengthen capability across the organization.
