We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand market presence. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and creating innovative solutions that drive revenue. The ideal candidate possesses strong business development skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution. Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal development for prospective clients. Maintain an active pipeline and accurately track activity within CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Establish partnerships that create long-term revenue opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development goals.
Qualifications: 5+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
