About the role
Leading a team focused on strategic transformation initiatives, the full-time Director of Transformation will partner with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and oversee project governance to drive organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
Partner with executive leaders to identify and scope strategic transformational opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives
Oversee project intake, discovery, and implementation processes for transformation initiatives
Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable success metrics
Required qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or enterprise project management within a healthcare organization
Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
Advanced understanding of managed care operations and healthcare delivery systems
Proficiency in project and change management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
