About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX professional to work with us on an ad hoc, remote consultancy basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family lawand proven experience drafting and advising on pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. To work with us you must be able to undertake work through your own law firm or undertake instructions on a direct access basis, holding a current practising certificate (or equivalent), and be authorised and regulated by the SRA, BSB or CILEX. You must also maintain your own professional indemnity insuranceand be able to work independently to a high standard.
