Job Description
Overview: Our manufacturing client is seeking a Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst to support the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of critical business systems across operations, quality, and manufacturing. This individual will serve as a key resource connecting ERP, MES, QMS, and PDM platforms while helping drive process optimization, data integrity, and system utilization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support enterprise business systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Configure workflows, user permissions, forms, and reporting within quality and operational systems
  • Support integration efforts between ERP, MES, QMS, PDM, and other enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams to improve system functionality and data governance
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
  • Provide end-user support, training, and system documentation
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience as a Systems Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business process workflows
  • Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, and data exchange methodologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders [Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Python or other scripting language experience
  • Experience with workflow configuration and system automation
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise system implementations or upgrades
