Temp Position Document Scanning Specialist
Pay: $16/hr Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in document scanning, data entry, records management, clerical, or administrative work preferred. Basic computer skills, including file management, email, and document-management systems. Ability to operate scanners, printers, copiers, and standard office equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and processing documents. Ability to follow established scanning procedures and work instructions. Accurate file naming, organization, saving, and uploading according to company procedures. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, meet productivity targets, and perform repetitive tasks accurately. Ability to safely handle large volumes of paper documents. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift/move boxes weighing up to 15 lbs. Willingness to learn company-specific scanning and document-retention procedures.
