As a manager you will:Have 3+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experienceExperience with the night-life sceneAbility and willingness to work late night shiftsDemonstrate an advanced understanding of business operations and financialsManage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling and planningCreate memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectationsUnderstand flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients and wines/cocktailsEnsure product quality and restaurant cleanlinessPerform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environmentManage on-the-fly requests with ease and poiseUnderstand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)Coach, lead and develop restaurant team such as bartenders and cocktail waitressesDrive continuous improvement by promoting the Lombardi brandNightclub managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the club, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Nightclub managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.
