Overview Epsilon’s award‑winning COREID identity solution is the foundation of Epsilon’s industry‑leading performance marketing solutions. As a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics, you’ll be joining a small team with a big impact. Your role will include reporting on KPIs for Epsilon’s identity, evaluating potential partners, and forecasting the impact of ecosystem changes and new features. You will work cross‑functionally with teams such as Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships. Responsibilities Own execution of identity analytical processes with limited supervision, including expected yield from new data sources and impact of ecosystem changes Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration Become a subject matter expert in COREID Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies Contribute insights and planning for further enhancements to CORE ID Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions Qualifications Profile Degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally to achieve results Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently Curiosity and willingness to self‑teach Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred Analytical Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non‑analytical collaborators Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Sound critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Technical Advanced experience with SQL Demonstrated big data experience Spark, Hive, Scala preferred Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred Benefits & Compensation Time to Recharge: Flexible time off (FTO), 15 paid holidays Time to Recover: Paid sick time Family Well‑Being: Parental/new child leave, childcare & elder care assistance, adoption assistance Extra Perks: Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), tuition assistance, commuter benefits, professional development, employee recognition, charitable donation matching, health coaching and counseling Compensation Range: USD $87,100.00 - USD $161,700.00 Annually.
