Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wax Dress & Assembly Set Up person. This position involves manipulating wax pieces and applying various materials according to established procedures and specifications. The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, a steady hand, and the ability to work carefully with small or detailed components.
Job Responsibilities: Manipulate and work with wax pieces according to established procedures. Apply various materials to wax pieces as instructed. Perform assembly and set-up tasks with attention to detail. Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy. Maintain a steady hand while working with fine details and small components. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to see and inspect fine details accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to maintain a steady hand while performing detailed work. Ability to work either sitting or standing for an 8-hour shift. Ability to push, pull, and lift approximately 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous manufacturing, assembly, wax, or related experience is a plus but not required.
