Job Juncture seeks a Senior Sealed System Engineer in Illinois to design, develop and implement cooling system solutions for refrigeration products. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply best practices, and drive projects from concept to deployment, expanding technical expertise and supporting company growth. You will guide NPD/CPI efforts, lead 8D problem solving, and ensure safe, reliable performance through rigorous testing and rigorous data analysis.
