About the role

National Fitness Center is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our clubs. You will build connections with members, guests, and teammates while upholding cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere that motivates people on their wellness journey. You’ll guide members through FitStart, tours, app setup, and program options, while providing friendly, proactive service and handling membership changes.
