Greentech Renewable's Management Trainees are taught every aspect of our solar business, from the ground up to running a multimillion-dollar location at one of our new or existing profit centers in the United States upon completion of the training. The training is based out of our Phoenix location with the opportunity to relocate upon completion of the training.
About the role: The Management Trainees On-the-job training lasts two years and includes rotations in the warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, project management, inventory management, and outside sales.

We are the local solar distributor with over 100 locations nationwide. Management Trainees have: Strong negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to solve problems Competitive nature Confidence in being a self-starter Agility Management Trainees need: Bachelor's Degree Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States Ability to travel as needed

During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
