About the role

CNA in Chicago, IL seeks a Leave Administration & Compliance Program Manager to lead administration, governance, and continuous improvement of our leave programs. You will partner with HR, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and vendors to align processes and ensure compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of leave administration experience, with strong knowledge of FMLA and state leave programs.
