Principal Recruiter – Life Sciences | Fully Remote | USA$120,000+ Base | Uncapped Commissionrecseekers is retained on a new project with an international Life Sciences search firm looking to hire an established Principal Recruiter anywhere across the US.You don’t need a specific reason to move. The role will focus on high-growth areas across the US Life Sciences market, including Biotech, Pharma, Tech Bio, AI-enabled drug discovery, precision medicine and advanced therapeutics. The benchmark is $500k+ annual billings with a proven 360 track record. Highlights:• $120k+ base salary• Fully remote anywhere in the US• Uncapped commission• Average fee around $60k• Multiple $1m+ billers• Established relationships with major Pharma• Venture-backed and high-growth Biotech, Tech Bio and Bio/AI clients• Work spanning early-stage and pre-IPO businesses through to global organizations• Dedicated internal L&D and strong operational infrastructure• Autonomy to own and develop your market• Clear IC, leadership, team-build and longer-term equity opportunities This is aimed at recruiters already operating at a high level who can win business, develop senior client relationships and close high-value searches autonomously.
