Summary:
We are seeking a motivated CNC Milling Machinist to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is vital in ensuring our shared commitment to accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery of precision components to our customers. Responsibilities:
• Set-up, operate, and enter offset adjustments, on multiple CNC milling machines• Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met• Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control. Confirm the production and inspection documentation is accurately filled out.• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment, and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, organized, and safe work area.• Adhere to safety regulations• Conduct other related duties as assigned• Report any problems or discrepancies to supervisor Qualifications• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Minimum 4-years CNC machining work experience or related schooling• Exceedingly proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T principles• Adept in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and indicators
