About the role

West Land Engineering and Environmental Services, a Trinity Consultants team, seeks a full-time Archaeology Field Director to lead Northwest Cultural Resources fieldwork across WA, OR and nearby states. Based in Seattle, Spokane, or Portland offices, you’ll manage crews, ensure compliance, and deliver technical reports. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Archaeology or Anthropology, with at least 3 years Northwest experience and 1 year supervisory background.
