About the role

Fenix Group USA is looking for freelance / per diem Massage Therapist / Aesthetic Trainer/ Product Specialists – Endospheres® across the U.S. to provide customer training and professional support on Endospheres® aesthetic devices.
Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site training to customers and ongoing support. Support product demonstrations, workshops, and courses when needed. Assist with the development and promotion of Endospheres® products. Collaborate closely with the Training Manager and Sales team. Maintain effective communication and follow-up with customers. Assess customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
Ideal Candidate: Aesthetician License Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) appreciated At least 1 year of recent experience working with aesthetic technologies or treatment applications. Professional massage or hands-on bodywork experience strongly preferred. Previous Endospheres® experience is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and training skills. Ability to build professional relationships with clients. Comfortable working closely with Sales teams and supporting their efforts. Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Position Requirements: Freelance / part-time / per diem position, based on business needs. Ability to travel frequently (approximately 70%).Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends. In summary: This is primarily a field-based trainer and product specialist role, responsible for training customers on Endospheres® devices, supporting product demonstrations and sales activities, and providing ongoing customer support. Experience in massage therapy, an LMT license, and previous Endospheres® experience are strong advantages for this position.
