Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (PM&R / Physiatrist) – Morristown, NJWe are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist to join our physician‑led team in Morristown, NJ. Our physicians provide consultations and follow‑up care throughout the rehabilitation process while working closely with patients, families, rehab teams, physicians, and healthcare leadership. Responsibilities: Perform PM&R consultations and follow‑up care in post‑acute rehab settings Round on patients regularly and monitor functional progress Collaborate with rehab teams, physicians, facility leadership, and families Attend interdisciplinary rehab meetings Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing Build and maintain strong referral relationships within facilities Work closely with Physician Assistants, PCPs, orthopedists, and other providers RequirementsBC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Active New Jersey Medical License Active DEA and CDS Compensation & Benefits$300,000+ salary with bonus potential (performance‑based) Flexible schedule Health, dental & 401(k) Administrative support for documentation, coding, billing, and compliance Ongoing physician mentorship and education Join a supportive, forward‑thinking team that values both exceptional patient care and physician quality of life.
