Responsibilities:
Assist with dispatching service technicians to scheduled jobs Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Help schedule service calls and maintain the dispatch calendar Enter customer information and job details into the system Support office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization Communicate with technicians regarding job status and scheduling updates Assist with coordinating service requests and follow-ups Support the office team with daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly and professional phone etiquette Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Requirements:
Must be able to workweekends when scheduled for on-call rotation Ability to work well with both customers and field technicians High school diploma or equivalent preferred
