About the role

CVS Health is seeking a Radiation Oncology Medical Director to support oncology utilization, clinical reviews, and policy implementation. This remote, full-time role covers prior authorization, pre-certification, and ongoing case management across the enterprise. You will provide clinical, coding, and reimbursement expertise, oversee review processes, and help expand medical management programs. Travel 1–2 times per quarter may be required.
