This role serves as an extension of the Sales Team, focusing on converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings while enhancing the guest journey through personalized pre-arrival engagement. This position is remote and reports to the Senior Reservations manager.What you will doCapture and convert reservation inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, web, and internal requestsCoordinate and confirm bookings for rooms, suites, residences, spa, dining, and additional revenue opportunitiesProvide exceptional, personalized service to guests, travel advisors, and internal stakeholdersManage chat communication platforms, responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional mannerHandle guest requests, special accommodations, and resolve concerns in line with Four Seasons standardsComplete pre-arrival processes, including confirming reservations, billing details, and waitlisted servicesSupport cross-functional teams such as Group Reservations and Guest Recognition as neededMaintain accurate records and data within reservation and property systemsSupport emergency communication protocols and respond to incidents in accordance with hotel proceduresCollaborate across the shared-services cluster to ensure consistency and operational efficiencyWhat you bringFluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)3+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales, reservations, or operations preferredProven ability to drive sales conversions and maximize revenue opportunitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and follow up with a strong sense of urgencyStrong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMSAbility to learn and navigate multiple systems and platformsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to support a shared-services modelWhat we offer: • Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package• Excellent Training and Development opportunities• Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwideSchedule & Hours: Flexible schedule required, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidaysCandidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
