Paid vacation for full-time employees after one year. Stylist (Behind The Chair) & Management Responsibilities: Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, &perms. Manage client flow, ensuring appointments &walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care. Stay inspired & up to date with the latest industry trends &cosmetology trends. Maintain pristine personal station &assist with saloncleanliness. Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payments, & opening/closing procedures. Foster a positive, collaborative salon culture. Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, &schedule preparation. Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly ensuringsatisfaction. Train, mentor,&motivate fellow stylists.
What We Are Looking For: An activeNevada Cosmetology License isrequired.
Minimum of 2yearsexperience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color,&perms. Strong communication and team-building skills. Proficient withsalon POS systems, cash handling, &social media posting. Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management. Weekend work required.
