About the role
TIAA is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to architect and drive information systems aligned with our enterprise architecture. You will lead a practice delivering the Financial Crimes Compliance transformation through AI-powered solutions and modern cloud technologies. You will oversee cloud adoption, IaC, and governance, mentoring senior and junior engineers while partnering with domain experts in AML, sanctions and fraud monitoring to push secure, scalable solutions at scale.
