Location: Michigan City, IN Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (with growth opportunities)At Shady Creek Winery, the tasting bar is where the experience comes to life. We're looking for engaging, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Wine Tasting Associates to guide guests through our wines and create memorable, personalized experiences. If you enjoy connecting with people, making recommendations, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you.
What You'll Do: Greet guests at the bar with a warm, friendly welcome Provide thoughtful recommendations, pairings, and product knowledge Take and fulfill orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment Keep the tasting bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
What We're Looking For: Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment Interest in wine (experience is a plus, but we're happy to train)Sales-minded approach—you're comfortable making suggestions and guiding purchases Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Availability on weekends and holidays
