PAG Management Trainees will complete an 18-month training program with hands‑on experience to gain comprehensive knowledge of all automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree.
Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, and reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required Education and Experience
