Team members experience a friendly, supportive atmosphere, leadership support, autonomy, flexibility and the privilege of doing meaningful, rewarding work.**Position Profile**The CNA Scheduler provides a variety of administrative support functions related to CNA scheduling for a designated clinical office.**Responsibilities**§ Manages phone/email communication effectively and efficiently.§ Performs C.N.A. scheduling.§ Performs accurate and timely C.N.A. scheduling/assignment entry.§ Communicates relevant and timely information to appropriate staff.§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.**Minimum Qualifications**§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.§ Minimum two years medical field/office experience.§ Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred§ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.§ Excellent communication and customer relation skills to interact with others in a helpful, cooperative and effective manner.§ Ability to give and follow written as well as oral instruction.§ Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.**Preferred Qualifications**§ Scheduling experience strongly preferred.Hospice of the Valley offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits that include medical, dental and vision plans, generous paid time off, a matching 401k, tuition assistance, an award winning wellness program and a host of employee recognition and rewards.
