About the role

Full job description As a Senior GIS Programmer/Analyst with Resource Data, you'll help design and develop geospatial data and geospatial solutions that elevate enterprise geospatial systems efficiency, performance, and value.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop GIS web applications, automated workflows, and databases Integrate clients' non-spatial applications with geospatial information Perform vector and raster GIS data processing and spatial analysis Evangelize the GIS practice to capitalize on growth opportunities within client teams Assist project teams in writing accurate estimates, proposals, and architectural trade-offs Collaborate with the GIS Community of Practice to mentor junior analysts, participate in technical working/learning sessions, and develop internal GIS initiatives Basic Qualifications 5+ years' experience with geospatial data management, development, and maintenance Experience developing solutions in one or more of the following: Esri Utility Pipeline Data Model Esri Roads and Highways LRS Extension ArcGIS Enterprise Implementation and Maintenance ArcGIS Map SDK for JavaScript ArcGIS Map SDK for .NET VertiGIS Studio Experience working with ESRI suite of GIS products such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, or other GIS tools Proficient with complex GIS concepts such as Geometric Networks, Topology, Spatial Joins, Spatial Projections Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field 1+ years' experience in a client-facing role Experience with GIS data migration projects Experience with enterprise GIS setup and development including ArcSDE Resource Data is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes any qualified individuals authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Please note: Resource Data will not provide immigration-related support or sponsor employment authorization for this position.
